[Hallicrafters] Paint color for R-12 bass reflex speaker

Hi to the group,
 
Does anyone know the proper color for the R-12 bass reflex speaker?   Mine is 
a medium gray, about the same color as a Collins R-390.  The one in  Chuck 
Dachis's book looks to be darker like the cabinet of the SX-28.   Also, what 
grille cloth was used?
