Sorry - this won't work - the dual sections of the cap share a common 
earth/negative (the metal case) - so you'll need to mount two caps to wire 
them in series. I think wiring the 2 x 100uF sections of each cap in 
parallel will not be a problem - extra smoothing - the rectifiers etc. will 
not worry.
