I have several transformers that can be used as isolation transformers
for the S-38 (or any other 
type that uses a transformerless power supply).  They measure 4" wide x
2-5/8" high x 2-3/8" deep. Will handle 50watts continuous.  Has solder
lug terminals.  The transformer has two 115VAC windings.  Use one winding
for the 115VAC input and the other for the isolated 115VAC winding.
