[Hallicrafters] Microphone Wiring Diagram

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for an Electro Voice 619 microphone?  It
came with a single contact connector.  I want to change the connector and
wire it for PTT.  Electro Voice didn't furnish it with a nice wiring diagram
in the base as Turner did with their microphones.  I guess I am just to lazy
to figure out the wiring for myself.
