[Hallicrafters] WTB HT-20

WTB HT-20.  Cosmetics unimportant - junker will do fine as long as it is 
reasonably complete.  I already have what I would call a "reverse parts 
set" from a friend who stripped the guts out of one with the intention 
of building up his own transmitter from the panel on back.  He didn't 
get any further and didn't keep the guts.  Sigh.

That nearly pristine front panel taunts me whenever I step into the 
shop.  Help me flesh it out, please!
