    You should have also included a bit more, that you've said earlier:
"The stores that I deal with are factory owned.  Your
local store may be a franchise and thus isn't as
capable, customer orientated, etc."

    My local S-W store is useless.  They do not have color-matching
capability, and have referred me to a store about 50 mi. away which "might
have" it.  We are not a big industrial town, but we have a rapidly growing
population, presently estimated at 52,748 incl. "suburbs".
    I have had some luck at Lowe's, even on St. James Gray, but not on
Johnson Maroon.  - abt $12/qt
