[Hallicrafters] New Orleans on my SX-16

This was kind of interesting, I was spinning the dial
on my SX-16 and I picked up good clear signal of WWL
around 15.2Mhz:21 UTC in Los Angeles. They were having
some call-in show and people were talking about the
various parishes.
