[Hallicrafters] Twist Lock Capacitors

I am trying to find a 4uF 450V twist lock electrolytic capacitor.  This is a
small unit and has only 2 twist mounts.  It is 13/16" in diameter and about
2 1/8" tall.  It is the filter capacitor in a HP 410B VTVM.  I tried DH
Distributors but he does not have a can to make something this small.
Before I resort to cutting the can open and restuffing it, I want to see of
some where out there in the vast radio parts junk box one might be floating
around.  I could use about any value as long as it was rated for 450V and
4uF or more.  The voltage rating needs to be 450 because the capacitor
floats above ground in a +/- 165V supply.
