I really don't know about the conversion.
But if you want to learn about the fundamental and derived Standard

Hmm let's see now:
Power, watts (W) is derived from basic units and is; m2 · kg · s-3
The decimal table shows:
10-6 = (103)-2 micro µ
So we could have micro-watts. But no unit of miceowatts is mentioned.
AHAH! Clearly, this is an area of needed new research. I have a friend
who's now involved in developing the National Measurement System. I'll
alert him immediately about this.
