That's much better than Excellent Condition, I was told it worked 20
years ago. or Guaranteed not DOA. How about the Perfect condition
ones with pictures that look like the rig was holding up a corner of
the barn. I got an S-40a delivered with the mice still in it and a
tube tester with some shield looking bugs living off the corroded
red Ever-ready D cells. I always open my packages outside since
then. Caveat Emptor.
