[Hallicrafters] To restuff capacitors or not?

I've always tended to the "replace 'em all" side of the argument on
radios like the 101A, 111 etc.   If you're going to selectively
replace the caps, consider the consequence of what happens if one of
the "tested good" originals decides to short on you.   If it's in a
selectivity circuit you'll just notice a big decrease in performance. 
If it's in the audio stage, you just might zap an audio tranny.  Take
a look first.
