George,

Thanks for the information, but now I am confused.  Someone else stated that
the 410C used the EA53.  However, I tend to go along with you and the 2-01C.
>From the documentation I have for a 410B, the 2-01C was a replacement mod
for the EA53 in later versions.  I would believe from that, that HP
continued with the 2-10C in the 410C model.  But, I can't say that I know
for sure.

The tip is the same for both VTVMs.  They are interchangeable.

While the diode fits both, they are interchangeable only in the HP410B, with
an adjustment from 5vac to 6.3vac.  The HP410C uses only the 2-01C if I
remember correctly.
