Thanks to all for the responses, was hoping to find a source for the old fashioned sheet that provided an x/y graph of the forward/reverse voltage, current, and junction capacity.  Maybe they are extinct.  Most of the 1n295's that I have tested in the SR-2000 are incredibly leaky although I have two that I bought several years ago that only allow 18ua of bakward current at 10 V.  Those that I am finding in the SR-2000 and SR-400 leak in the hundreds of ua causing the radio to be noisy in some cases.  Thanks again for the many responses.  Kindest regards Jim K9AXN
