[Hallicrafters] Dur-Paper

I took another look at the catalog listings for 1957 and 1963. The most
common types of disk ceramic capacitors were not available in values above
.01 mfd. The few that were available in higher values were either much
more expensive, or had very wide tolerance ranges. I'd say that this
explains the use of "paper" capacitors for the .1 mfd and .047 mfd values.
