[Hallicrafters] Replacing Caps (SlightValue Differences)

Bill,
  Considering the tolerances of wax caps, in these old sets you can consider 
a .22 equal to a .25 mfd, bypass or otherwise.  If a cap value was 
'critical' they would have used a molded mica or something else more stable.
