Joe, you should be fine with 450 volters in that case.  Pardons for my going 
off on a tangent to a degree about running capacitors near their maximum 
ratings.  I should have paid more attention to the specific circuit C79 is 
used in.  If you are solid-stating the low voltage B+, it still wouldn't 
hurt to check the voltage across C79 with the rig at idle, "just in case".
