[Hallicrafters] Re: SX-71 Bandspread/MainTuning Knobs Question

Well, bang goes another theory! The weird thing is, if I look
closely at the knobs on the three SX-71s I have here, there is
no evidence that there was ever a ring in them: no trace of glue
or other marks.

Time to find a friend who has a lathe ...
