[Hallicrafters] SX-17, I'm Heart Broken

Well just as I was buttoning up my SX-17, new looking, aligned perfectly,
tuned up and receiving fabulously, I accidentally touched the "S" meter
terminal with the metal cover over the main tuning cap.

I BLEW OUT THE METER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Can you hear me sobbing here as I write
this?

Anyway, I am looking for a replacement meter.  It looks like the SX-16,
SX-17 and SX-18 had the same meter.  Anyone got one?  Contact me off list at
K2WH at optonline.net.  The members of this list, as Hallicrafters enthusiasts,
you really don't want to see this wonderful almost NEW IN THE BOX receiver
have this gapping hole in the front panel.  Do you?  I didn't think so.  So,
sell me a meter.
