[Hallicrafters] ID'ing a glass dialface

I am pretty sure that this was for the S-108. 
However, the S-108 is just a reboxed S-85 and
definitely is NOT an amateur band only receiver!  It
is general coverage.  The trapezoid opening is for the
general coverage round dial and the slide rule is for
the bandspread which was calibrated for 80, 40, 20,
15, and 10 meters.
