HI MIKE and all.
I have two versions of the book, one a preliminary with comb binding and
one in the
soft cover version as it was distributed...It may be possible to contat
Max directly to
see if there is a stash somewhere.
I lost his e-mail address when a ham pal sent me a note that he had a
virus
in his machine, of course I got tit and it trashed my address book!!
This is the second time that he had done this.
