[Hallicrafters] NC Total Electronics - Where Did He Go?

You know that point where you're finally convinced that a business transaction has run amuck? About 18 months ago (yes, it was October 2003), I paid NC Total Electronics (unfortunately in advance by M.O. and I still have the receipt) to refinish/rescreen my HT-37 front panel. After many, many emails asking for a ship date and having received an equal number of reasons why he couldn't finish it, he now won't answer my inquiries. Can anyone advise where he is and how to contact him? Something tells me that I'll unfortunately chalk this one up to lessons learned. Thanks, Bill, wd0x
