[Hallicrafters] Fixed SX-100 S-meter.

Two heads are better than one!  During my ordeal of debugging the 
S-meter on a friend's SX-100, I received considerable help from Al 
Parker (W8UT) which I publicly want to acknowledge.  After much 
analysis of the symptoms and many measurements it turned out to be a 
capacitor (C101) and a tube (V13) in the 50.5 KHz IF amplifier.  The 
receiver now works great.  Thanks Al.
