[Hallicrafters] Tube Tester Info.

I found a Weston 686 Tube tester in a pile of junk that I salvaged for 
parts.

This Tube Tester is Very Large, 19 X 26 inches, Rack Mount Tester,  must 
weigh 100 pounds, but looks to be in very good condition. Front Panel, 
Knobs, patch cords and meters (6) look good.

Is this Tube Tester worth purchasing  manuals and charts for? any idea of 
the age? Tester is tagged Property of U.S.A.F., so is their a Military 
Nomenclature? any other info?
