The "Part Number" on the package will tell you all you need to know about
the resistor inside.  Your example "de-codes" as follows:

	"RC" is MIL-R-11 spec.
	"32" is Size (1 watt)
	"GF" is Characteristic (Carbon comp.)
	"102" is Value, First Digit/Second Digit/Number of Zeros (1000 ohms)
	"J" is Tolerance (5%).
