[Hallicrafters] old stock

Hello all
 
Just came into possession of a small lot of vintage (1960) resistors. 
I have composition, foil and wound types. 
They look like Gov't stuff. All are boxed & in individual  envelopes.
I can't make out the markings as to Ohms or anything else.

I suspect some will suggest I throw them out but just the same if anyone  can 
decipher these markings it will let me know what I'm about to thrown  out.
