[Hallicrafters] SX-28A Alignment

Tom;

You want to use the frequency the crystal is on. Go to your narrowest
bandwidth and peak the generator. Align all the IF's to this frequency.
The RF and mixer tuning may be off, also. If you follow the manual, you
should have no problems. Good luck.
