Steve,
The ground should go to the chassis.
The hot should go to the fuse, then the AC bypass capacitor, and then to
the receiver power switch.
The neutral should go to the non-switched side of the AC power
transformer. This lead also may have an AC bypass capacitor to ground.
You may have to do a bit of re-wiring to get the fuse AND the power
switch in the hot lead. For whatever reason manufacturers seem to like
to put the fuse in the opposite lead, where it won't protect much should
something short within the power switch.
