Hi
I picked up a SX-16 at the Dalton hamfest. I found the  power supply 
filter cans had beeen removed and replaced with some old carboard ones 
 placed under the chassis. Also the choke was gone and replaced with  a 
nasty looking one and placed over the  cap can holes. About a pound of 
solder chunks  fell out when I pulled the chassis out of the case. 
Needless to say, I am looking for a choke and caps so I can restore it 
 after i rewire some and get all the shorts out of it. None of the  info 
I can find gives any specs for the choke so if anybody has that info 
please let me know. The caps can be dead or alive. Probably the same 
stuff used inthe SX-17. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
