[Hallicrafters] Article on shipping?

Hi,
IIRC Barry Hauser wrote a detailed one that he published in HSN a yr 2
or so ago. One problem is that the subject evokes such a diversity of
opinions on "the best" thing to do it's like asking if you should replace
xx type capacitors wholesale or however. 3 people could write separately
and all contradict the others on some points.
Seems like almost every list has gone thru the subject at least once
in the past 2-3 yrs.
