Bill - 

I had seen pictures of it and interpreted the image as being roughly
the size of a D-104 crystal element. Hard to tell as it didn't seem to
indicate any measurements. Or I could be mistaking it for another
replacement element and confusing them. Either way, it's still good
news that it fits the T-3. These are an excellent, very classic desk
mic for our old rigs. Wouldn't mind finding a couple more...
