I've had good luck with the Mouser 25LM022, but I hear they've been out 
of stock for a while.

I've mainly used an amplified D-104, which can put out a lot more than 
the HT-32 wants if the mike amp is turned up too far.  Also, I'm trying 
out a low impedance dynamic mike which seems to have plenty of output 
for the HT-32 when used with an impedance matching transformer/adapter. 
  No airchecks yet, but it sounds good in the monitor.
