[Hallicrafters] More corrections on muting terminals

Actually, I should have said, with regard to the DD-1, "I don't know".

In response to a question by Duane, I looked at the five Hallicrafters 
receivers that I have and found that there's no rule as to whether they 
need a jumper or not.  Some with "Receive/Standby" switches need jumpers 
and some don't.  Only the schematic knows.

So, with regard to the DD-1, I say: "I don't know".
