[Hallicrafters] SX101A Problem

Hello:

While removing the case from my SX101A I snagged onto T5 Transformer 
adjustment screw and bent it 20 degs. it easily bent back and seems to 
adjust OK, however the receiver has a problem that was not present prior to 
the case removal.

I have no receive on USB on bands 10,15,20,40. There is noise on 80 meters. 
This problem is in either DSB and SSB modes.

LSB is OK on all bands and the receive receives fine.

I'm able to tune in USB stations while in LSB with the Pitch Control.

I've checked  V4 6BA6 2nd mixer and V12 12AT7 2nd Osc tubes and they are OK

My question is do I need to start a IF alignment or is there something else 
I can look at first?
