[Hallicrafters] Need SR-150 knob

I am doing a cosmetic restoration my newly acquired SR-150 and need a knob for the Operation switch. It is octagonal, 1" diameter with a white indicator line.
Also several questions.
1 The SR-150 cabinet is dark blue to match the face plate while the SP-150 cabinet is light gray. Are these the standard colours?
2. Where could I get the matching dark blue paint? I've checked all the local sources (Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Canadian Tire (our national hardware chain)).
