[Hallicrafters] SX-96 production

The SX-96 was popular enough to be listed in a survey on receivers done by
CQ Magazine (ole Wayne Green W2NSD) in December 1957.

I reported this on the boatanchor reflector a few months ago.  Will look for
the message in their archives and on one of my PC's.

Surely some of the long time hallicrafters users have some idea on the
production runs.
