[Hallicrafters] Hallicrafters S-38 C restoration

For safety sake, please put a 3-wire cord on it. Hot (black) to the
switch, Neutral (white) to the chassis and Safety Ground (green) to the
cabinet. Also, please be certain the cabinet is insulated from the
chassis. Thank you.
