[Hallicrafters] SX-42 restoration update

Hi Craig;
That is interesting. My SX-42 came to me with no "Model SX-42" lettering
in the upper left hand corner or any where else. It does not appear to
have been removed. The paint is un-disturbed. Also, it has no run number
on it anywhere.
