[Hallicrafters] SX-111 modifications / repairs

Hi Mike,

    I recommend you restore the SX-111 per schematic.  I've removed 
"modifications" to several radios I've worked on and they usually were 
done poorly too.  I have a 111 and it works great.  I replaced the 
electrolytic and paper capacitors and a couple of resistors.  You might 
want to change an AVC time constant suggested in the forum but I don't 
think it is necessary.
    This is just an encouragement to do it "right" and get rid of the 
"improvements" done by experimenters. The Hallicrafters guys knew what 
they were doing.
