[Hallicrafters] drifty receivers

About 2-3 months ago a short message was posted on the net concerning 
receiver drift and 0B2 regulator tubes. The author suggested changing the tube. I 
dunno who it was.

Well my 50s receiver was a bit more drifty than original spec so just for the 
helluva it, I changed the OB2 to a NOS piece. Much to my pleasant surprise, a 
new 0B2 made quite a difference in stability. The original looked OK, e.g lit 
up normally but for some reason, a new regulator tube made a big difference.

Just a suggestion for you guys to try if you are still operating with the 
original part.
