Quote - ...to remember, this is just a hobby.
We belong to the Amateur Radio Service which has "hobby-like"
characteristics. The words Amateur Radio and hobby should never be used
in the same sentence. It sets up the wrong image for amateurs in the eyes
of many people including amateurs, FCC, neighbors, etc.
My rant for the day.
Plus, I haven't be able to hear Duane on 20 meters during the evenings
since last summer.
