[Hallicrafters] HCI Sunday Net Will Continue Fro 2006

Please gett off your rumpusgettacalus and join us on Sunday January 1, 2006! 
The HCI 20 meter Net will be held come snow, sleet, freezing rain or regular 
acidic rain! Which here in the Water Winter Wonderland state is precisely 
what those prognosticators of whether we will have weather or not are 
promising. Today we have the Snow Advisory. Tomorrow we get the freezing 
rain. Monday it changes to rain with thunderstorms! Definitely variety!

The pre-Net will commence at 12:45 PM EST, (1745 UTC). The Net proper will 
begin sharply at 1:15 PM EST, (1815 UTC), provideing my Braille sundail is 
not underneat a cloud!

The frequency will be 14.293 MHZ usb +/- for key clicks, mike splatter and a 
band full of Hams with bloodshot eyes, hoarse voices, one eye open while the 
other is still asleep, a tongue that itches and a stomach that is doing 
cartweheels! Nothing like a party to divide the young at heart from the 
young in years!

I will be at home this evening with my oldest grandson, the teenager called 
Brandon. He is hanging out with Gramps, eating everything he can catch, trap 
or con me into ordering by phone from Bob's House Of Pizza! Right now that 
pizza that got delivered as we enjoyed the Sci Fi channel's Twilight Zone 
marathon has some toxic onions on it that are clearing my sinuses out three 
rooms away! Whew! Going to give that boy a bottle of Listerine with an 
industril strength straw!

Back to work. Configuring new computer here, and healing the ailing ones. 
Besides testing some vintage stereo gear.
