It usually is this easy, but with the exception of Firefox not being 
installed *after* the other browsers.  For some strange reason they set up 
the import during the install.  Mine only sees IE, but knowing where the 
book marks are located for both is a simple matter of making sure at least 
the destination browser is not running,  Rename the current bookmarks in the 
target browser and copy the ones from Netscape to Firefox or the other way 
around.
