[Hallicrafters] New Hallicrafters web page

Roger reports that the site works fine with Firefox v1.5 and works OK
with Opera 7.54. So that gives several more options in addition to MS
IE.

Any webmasters out there who can explain why some versions of Mozilla
Firefox gives the flashing white line at the bottom? Apparently the
same problem plagues the latest rev of Netscape per Glenn's message
below.
