[Hallicrafters] Cleaning dials and Reproductions

The SX-110 has a edge mounted S-meter on the right hand side that the
S-108 doesn't have. Otherwise they look pretty much alike.

As far as I know, the S-108 dial is identical to the SX-110, and
RadioDaze have the SX-110.
