What you 'need', Stew, is to put a topic in the 'subject field'. Leaving it
empty as you did, is almost guaranteed to get your post automatically trashed by
their software or ignored by those who will not read such messages because they
are suspicious of the content. Nowadays there are too many destructive posts
from seemingly innocent sources for anyone to take an avoidable risk. So Stew,
and ALL, take the few extra seconds and put the basic reason for the post in the
'subject field'. Otherwise the help you seek is not apt to be forthcoming!
