The dial lamp is not 120 VAC. it is a #47 lamp available at Radio Shack.
If the 35W4 burns out, all the tubes go out as they aye wired in series.
If you have a continuity checker, look for continuity from pins # 3, 4,
and 6, to each other. To number the pins, look at the bottom of the tube
with the gap at the bottom. Count CW with #1 being the first one on the
left of the gap. If you need a 35W4 let me know and I will send you a
couple. I have a wad of them. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
