If you want to get rid of nicotine on your rigs, get a cat. From what 
I've read, cats love to hose down radios. Be sure to leave the radio 
plugged in and turned on. After the cat performs the hose down you 
wont have to feed it anymore. Then drive through the car wash with 
the rig tied on the roof.  This step  will guarantee the residual cat 
scent, as well as the puddles nicotine laden cat pee, will be washed 
away. Drive home doing 55 MPH to air dry the rig. If your not sure 
about the damage driving home at 55 MPH might do to the finish, start 
with a kitten instead of a cat and drive around in the rain.
Park the car and wait for the Sun to shine. If your lucky no one will 
steal your previously nicotine stained, cat peed, rain washed, Sun 
dried radio. If you can locate an old vibrator, and the previously 
nicotine stained, cat peed, rain washed, Sun dried radio is still on 
car roof, you could power it up, load up the roof rack and go hollow 
state mobile. If the radio gods are with you, a goose , gull, or 
pigeon wont be flying overhead.
