To get the Dallas Lankford stuff, go to http://www.holowstatenews.com 
and click on the Archives tab at the top/right.  Then look to the left, 
under Site Map and you will find, in small letters, Best of Hollow 
State.  Click on that.  At the bottom of the page, on the right, click 
on Test Equipment.  In the last article (pages 18-20) you will find the 
URM-25 Dallas Lankford notes.
