Hi Greg,

Don't give up yet. Do the tubes all check out and light up?  Does it have 
high voltage? Check both sides of the output transformer and the voice coil on 
the speaker for continuity.

There are fellows out there who can fix it for you but it is much more 
satisfying (and cheaper) to do it yourself. 

Let us know what happens.
