Hi Terry,

The S-40A did not come with an RCA jack. Since it is close to the antenna 
connnector, it might be someone's idea of a quick and dirty antenna connector. I 
doubt it is a phono connector or else it would probably be associated with a 
switch to cut the receiver audio and insert the phono input. The safest thing 
is to pop the receiver out of the cabinet and see what it is connected to. 
Removing the cabinet on this one is simple, just try not to scratch it.

Don't you just hate it when folks drill homes in panels, cabinets and 
chassis?
